There's cheese, and then there's Cheese, and that's with a capital C. I love good cheese, and I had heard that Grafton Village was creating a raw milk cheddar, and I happened to find this at Market Basket yesterday. It's absolutely delicious. Not super extra sharp, but very mellow flavor, very smooth. I ate some all by itself, jut broke a piece off the wedge and ate it. So, so, so good!
I forgot to tell you, it would be easier for people to find you if you moved the blog you use the most up in your blog profiles. Love Penny I love that kind of cheese!
